Classical route for real cyclist!

Start by cycling route Korytnicka from Ružomberok. When you get to Podsuchá don't continue by, just go right and by main road to Bodega Hut back approximately 200m. Here begins a 9km climb with elevation gain of about 900m which takes to the Smrekovica hotel resort, where you can refresh and relax. Follow the cycling route to Jánošíkova Kolkáreň and then just enjoy the ride on the Veľká Fatra ridge with a long downhill part back to Ružomberok by marked cycling route.

When arriving to Podsuchá, you can visit Brankovský Waterfall. Magnificent views at Janosikova Kolkaren and from whole ridge rewards you for elevation you were supposed to gain. Relax by visiting MiniZOO on Vlkolínske meadows, or if you don't have enough riding, try downhill routes at Malino Brdo BikePark.
